Abstract
In order to offer effective water regulation scheme for long distance and open channel water conveyance project of Middle Route Project of S-N Water Diversion and make it as the basis of safe operation of middle route canal and guarantee of finishing water supply task timely and accurately,we proposed regulation objectives,constraint condition and transfer scheme of 4 stages in the process of water transfer,namely,water filling,normal operation,emergency transfer and water recession.The proposed scheme is applied in temporary water diversion from Shijiazhuang to Beijing section of Middle Route Project of S-N Water Diversion in 2010,which is very effected.
