Crime of occupation belongs to crime of infringing upon others' property. Its objective aspects include: illegally occupying others' property in a relatively large sum of money and firmly refusing to return them back. It has great significance to know clearly about the objective characteristics of this crime for correctly recognizing the crime of occupation.
