Abstract

The economic crime belongs to the legal crime in our country. With the development of market economy, the new situation has occurred. The law which determined crime is not includes the new situation. We pay our attention to it. Scholars get into on argument with the issue. This thesis analysis the case about deal illegally which took place in Wuhan from the character and constitution of the crime.
