Research on the Training Mode and Mechanism of Creative Talents in the Field of Agricultural Science and Technology

The problems in the training process of creative talents in the field of agriculture science and technology in China were analyzed.By using comparative analysis and exemplifying,the importance of some factors in the training process ofcreative talents in the field of agriculture science and technology was demonstrated,such as personnel training policies and systems,laboratory building,human resource management theories. Finally,combined with the actual development of China's agriculture,some recommendations for strengthening the training of creative talents in the field of agricultural science and technology were put forward.
