Abstract

Based on the experience of Jingling Institute of Technology in cultivating talents that they adhere to the method of agricultural science and education integration,cooperation and research,the new pattern for training urban gardening talents was explored,several advices were put forward,including strengthening government's guiding role,establishing technique innovation and talents culture platform to advance agricultural science and education integration.
