Abstract
【Objective】To explore The effects of the zinc sulfadiazine cream to the deepⅡwound of scalded rats. 【Methods】Prepare scalding wounds on the back of rats doing consubstantiality check experiment and apply with zinc sulfadiazine cream,matrix ointment respectively on wounds once per day. The healing time of the wounds were observed,and the wound tissue samples were harvested at different times for the pathology,content of hydroxyproline,type Ⅰ/Ⅲ collagen ratio and the cell cycle of wound. 【Results】The healing of the wounds:the healing time and degree of differentiation of skin after healing of zinc sulfadiazine cream group was better than the control group than scald control group. The content of hydroxyproline in zinc sulfadiazine cream group increased and reached to the peak at 7 days post scalded which had statistical difference with the control scalded group. The type Ⅰ/Ⅲ collagen ratio was lower than scald control group in the 3,7,11 and 14 d after injury which had statistical difference. The cell cycle showed:the percentage of s-phase cells of the zinc sulfadiazine cream group reached the peak was significantly higher than the control scalded group at 11 days post-scalded. 【Conclusion】The zinc sulfadiazine cream can promote the healing of the deepⅡwound of scalded rats.
