Effect of sodium nitroprusside combined with silver sulfadiazine on deep II degree burn wound healing in rats

Objective To study the influence of sodium nitroprusside combined with silver sulfadiazine on deep Ⅱ degree burns on the rats skin wound healing.Methods 100 Wistar rats with deep second-degree burn wounds on the backs were divided into four groups,the saline group,1% sulfadiazine Cream group,1mmol / L sodium nitroprusside group and 1% sulfadiazine Cream +1 mmol /L sodium nitroprusside group.Each group has 25 rats.At different time,cell cycle,hydroxyproline content and healing,wound healing rate calculation of burn wounds tissue were observed.Results Burn wounds treated with Sulfadiazine Cream + SNP,the wounds healing were faster than the other groups.After 10d,sulfadiazine Cream + SNP group wound hydroxyproline content,the percentage of cells in S-phase peak was significantly higher than saline group(P0.01).Between sulfadiazine Cream group,and sodium nitroprusside group was no significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion Sulfadiazine combined with sodium nitroprusside can effectively promote deep Ⅱ degree burn wounds in rats healing.
