Study of Current Logistics Situation and Development the Countermeasures in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Yunnan

Modern logistics has become a third profit source,which is the important source for an enterprise to reduce cost,gain competitive advantage.According to the logistics high cost in small and medium-sized enterprises,it seems quite important to strengthen logistics management,choose suitable logistics service model,optimize the inventory structure in order to reduce logistics costs and make these enterprises competitive.Based on the survey data,this paper analyzes the present unreasonable phenomena,draws lessons from the developed countries in logistics,and puts forward the solutions,hoping to be of help to the logistics management in small and medium-sized enterprises.
