Discussion on Logistics Management of Small & Medium-sized Enterprises

With the development of logistics in our country, more and more enterprises pay more attention to logistics management and have achieved much in this field. But on the other hand, the logistics management in most of small and medium-sized enterprises is not well developed. How to strengthen the logistics management in our small and medium-sized enterprises becomes a new question for further study. Based on the current situation of some small and medium-sized enterprises, this article presents some approaches of strengthening logistics management for reference.
