Regional Logistics System Orienting Small and Medium-Sized Logistics Enterprises

The development of logistics industry is one of the important elements in accelerating economic growth of regions and even a country. With the ever-increasing fierce competition, most logistics enterprises, especially some small & medium-sized ones, have come across more and more difficulties in logistics infrastructure, technicians, industry cluster etc., which greatly hinder the rapid growth of logistics industry. In allusion to the problems above, this paper puts forward the development mode and solution scheme of a regional logistics system orienting small & medium-sized logistics enterprises from regional and systematic perspectives. Meanwhile, the architecture of the system and running mode are established, and some key technologies, such as implementation mode of the system and supporting platform, are analyzed. At last, the elementary application situation of the system is introduced.
