Abstract

The effect of inducing callus of Aloe vera L. on different media had been compared. In B5 medium add 2.0mg/L 6BA, 2.0mg/L NAA, 5mg/L Vc, The callus rate is high and the browning of callus is less. The method of restraining the browning of callus of Aloe vera L. was discussed.
