Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical application effects of heterogeneous particle skin graft in the treatment of deep burn. Methods: Eighty patients with deep burn were randomly divided into the study group and control group by cluster sampling method( 40 cases each group). The control group and study group were treated with allogeneic skin graft covering and xenogenic skin graft covering, respectively. The survival rate of particle skin and wound healing time between two groups were statistically analyzed after 4 weeks of operation. Results: The wound healing time in study group was significantly shorter than that in control group( P 0. 01). The difference of the particle skin survival rate between two groups was not statistical significance after the first 4 weeks of operation( P 0. 05).Conclusions: The treatment of deep burn with skin graft covering the particles is safe, feasible and quick healing.
