Application Effect of Skin Soft Tissue Expansion in Burn and Plastic Surgery

Objective: To study the the clinical effect of skin soft tissue expansion in burn and plastic surgery.Method: From Jun.2009 to Jun.2012 in our hospital for treatment of 60 cases of burn patients,They were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases with treatment of skin soft tissue dilatation(observation group),30 cases of composite skin transplantation in the treatment of(control group).And then observed the effect in the two groups.Result: The total effective rate in the observation group control group(100%),was 100% and 76.67%,The two groups had significant difference(P0.01);The complication rate was 13.33% and 20% in observation group and the control group,two groups had no significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion: Skin soft tissue expansion of local skin flap transfer after revascularization,texture,color,good recovery,and the adjacent normal skin,is a plastic surgery to repair the wound better methods.
