Abstract

Objective To study the curative effect of injection therapy for patients with internal hemorrhoids.Methods From October 2002 to October 2004,426 cases with second and third degree internal hemorrhoids received 2-step injection therapy were analyzed retrospectively.Results No postoperative complications of fever,red and swelling of wound,massive bleeding and anal stenosis were found in all cases.Postoperative follow-up time was 6 months.The cure rate was 97.36%,and the recurrent rate was 2.64%.Conclusion Enhancing perioperative treatment of 2-step injection therapy of internal hemorrhoids,it can improve obviously the curative effect and reduce the ocurrence of postoperative complications.
