Abstract
Xylanase could eliminate or reduce xylan of feeds which was anti-nutrition to the animal,and en-hanced feed digestibility.Reducing sugar method was used to study the influences of the enzyme on wheat bran,and some important indices were measured.The results showed that the optimal condition for wheat bran enzy-molysis was:50℃,pH5.5,0.02 I U·mL-1 enzyme concentration,reaction for 20 min.Then the pig stomach en-vironment in vitro was simulated,and the result suggested that the treatment of pepsin did not reduce the release of the reducing sugar remarkably.Moreover,the activity of the xylanase in this condition was stable.
