Abstract

Taking on the raw material of wheat bran, sodium hydroxide was used to release ferulic acid from wheat bran.First wheat bran was destarched and deproteined byα-amylases and protease, and then based on quantity of ferulic acid release from wheat bran by sodium hydroxide alkaline hydrolysis to decide optimal preparation condition. The result showed that the quantity of α-amylases is 3 mL and protease is 0.3 g hydrolyze 50 g wheat bran respectively, and the optimal preparation condition was concentration of sodium hydroxide 1%,hydrolysis temperature 80 ℃,and hydrolysis time 2 h.Under the optimal preparation condition the femLic acid concentration can reach 2.47 mg/g.
