Abstract
For the lack of legislative and regulatory approach,such as the concept of consumers are not clearly defined and preservation of rights is not perfect.This paper uses the methord of comparative analysis,though the detailed interpretation by Taiwan′s financial consumer protection laws, to improve consumer protection mechanism: Firstly,define the concept of consumers.Secondly,clarify consumers′rights and obligations.Thirdly,propose the establishment of an independent consumer protection agency.
