The practice of financial law in the developed countries demonstrates that the protection of financial consumers is an indispensable guarantee for the sound development of the financial market.This new idea of financial regulation should be followed in China as well to reduce the financial risk and face the challenge of financial crisis.Thus,based on a correct legislative mode,the financial consumers require to be reasonably defined,special protective organizations and convenient complaint mechanism to be built up and financial institutions to be disclosed.
