Discussion of the relationship between hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and blood uric acid,blood lipid

Objective:To explore the correlation between hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(HDCP) and blood uric acid,blood lipid.Methods:The levels of blood uric acid and blood lipid in the patients with HDCP and pregnant women with normal blood pressure were detected,then the correlation between HDCP and blood uric acid,blood lipid was analyzed.Results:The levels of blood uric acid,total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),and low density lipoprotein(LDL) in HDCP group were statistically significantly higher than those in normal pregnancy group;the levels of TC,TG,LDL,systolic blood pressure(SBP),and diastolic blood pressure(DBP) increased with the increase of blood uric acid level,and there was a positive correlation between blood uric acid and TG,LDL,SBP,and DBP.Conclusion:There was a certain correlation between HDCP and uric acid,so detecting the change of uric acid during pregnant period can prevent and treat the possible harms to mothers and infants as early as possible.
