Abstract

Objective:To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Dahuang Zhechong pills combined with entecavir in the treatment of hepatic fibrosis due to chronic hepatitis B.Methods:Forty patients with hepatic fibrosis due to chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group received Dahuang Zhechong pills combined with entecavir, while the control group received entecavir combined with kushenin. The two groups were compared in terms of hepatic fibrosis indices,HBV-DNA,and B-mode ultrasound of the liver after 6 months of treatment. Results:The treatment group had a significantly better treatment outcome than the control group according to total effective rate, four hepatic fibrosis indices,HBV-DNA,and B-mode ultrasound of the liver(P 0.05).Conclusion:Dahuang Zhechong pills combined with entecavir have good therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of hepatic fibrosis due to chronic hepatitis B and show promise for clinical application.
