Dahuang Zhechong Pill and Interferon-a Treatment of 30 cases of Chronic Hepatitis

Abstract
[Objective] To observe the Dahuang Zhechong Pill and Interferon-a in the treatment of chronic hepatitis.[Methods] 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups.30 cases of the control group Interferon-a,after intramuscular injection.30 cases in the treatment group the Dahuang Zhechong Pill 3G,2 D,sooner or later oral,Interferon-a usage with control group.Observation of liver function,hepatitis B virus gene,serum fibrosis,blood routine index.The two groups were continuous medication 48W after therapeutic efficacy.[Results] Liver function,HBV-DNA,serum fibrosis,blood of both groups showed significant improvement,improvement of the treatment group than the control group.Symptoms,signs and the total score points in both groups improved significantly improve the treatment group than the control group.[Conclusion] Dahuang Zhechong Pill and Interferon-a in the treatment of chronic hepatitis with interferon-ideal,better than the single a.
