The Influence of Nursing Intervention About Depression and Anxiety Patients After Stroke

Objective To explore the influence of the nursing intervention about depression and anxiety patients after stroke.Methods 100 depression and anxiety patients after stroke were estimated by SAS、SDS and compared with internal normal model.All subjects were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The study group were nursed in intervention based on the normal treating: including behavior therapy,biofeed back therapy,relaxation therapy and supporting psycho therapy etc.The control group were only nursed traditionally.The results of two groups were compared.Results The stroke patients existed obvious depression and anxiety.There were significant difference comparing with internal model(P0.01).The symptom of control group were improved obviously after nursing intervention(P0.01).Conclusion The depression and anxiety patients after stroke ought to be nursed in many administrative levels normal intervention.
