Abstract

Objective: To Mongolian medicine Ganluyigan dropping pills Optimization percolation method the extraction process.Method: L9(34) orthogonal design of experiments,HPLC method of evaluation index piperine transfer rate of extraction,leaching of the total inspection at the same time,the results of analysis of variance.Results: The best of conditions is A1B2C1 programme,main factors were alcohol concentration(A,P0.01),percolation Speed(C,P0.01),alcohol consumption(B,P0.05).Conclusion: Prepares Ganluyigan dropping pills,alcohol percolatio method extraction Bibo and other ingredients from the best technical parameters for,to use eight times the amount(B2) of 90% alcohol(A1),Must be 1ml/min speed(C1) in accordance with the law slowly percolation.piperine the transfer rate of up to 99%.
