Abstract
To optimize the extraction process of Alcohol Extracting Components In Jiruhen-8 Dropping Pills by orthogonal design.Methods:Using the content of total flavone as indicator and the concentration of alcohol,amount of alcohol,refluxing number of times and refluxing time as affecting factors,the orthogonal test was conducted.Results: The optimized extraction process was as follows:Fructus Choerospondiatis and other three herbal components are re- fluxed with 80% alcohol (1:8) two times and each time for 1.5 hour.Conclusion:The optimized extraction process is stable and practicable.
