Abstract
The use of coke sprayed with ZBS additive on blast furnace showed that the BF can be operated smoothly with obvious economic effect.The ZBS additive has no pollution to the environment,is harmless to human beings.The CRI of the coke sprayed with ZBS can be decreased by 8.45 percent,the CSR of the coke increased by 4.79 percent.By use of coke sprayed with ZBS,the temperture fluctuation in BF can be reduced and the sulphur content in hot metal conforms to the specification.
