Abstract

The fit points were chosen for coke sprayed with ZBS additive,which then used in blast furnace No 7. (2200 m~3)according to the locale circumstance of Shaoguan Iron and Steel Co Ltd,The results are as follows:The coke reaction index(CRI)of the coke sprayed with ZBS additive solution decreased by 8.3%,and the coke strength after reaction(CSR)increased by 5.4% in compansion with those of the un-sprayed coke.During the industrial ex- periment,the average iron output increased by 1.4% per day,the coke rate reduced by 3.47%.
