Abstract
An inhibitory kinetic spectrophotometric method was proposed for the determination of trace nitrilotriacetic acid. The method was based on the inhibitory effect of nitrilotriacetic acid on the oxidation of acid bordeaux by KIO_(4) in HAc medium. The linear range is 0.01~0.12 μg/mL and the detection limit is 2.3×10~(-3)μg/mL.This method is simple, rapid and highly sensitive. The proposed method was applied for the determination of nitrilotriacetic acid in the synsthetic samples and laboratory waster water with satisfactory results.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
