Abstract
An inhibitory kinetic spectrophotometric method was proposed for the determination of trace oxalic acid. The method was based on the inhibitory effect of oxalic acid on the oxidation of acid bordeaux by KIO4 in HC1 medium. The linear range of the determination is 0. 008-0. 50 μg/mL and the detection limit is 0. 004 μg/mL. The results were satisfactory for the determination of oxalic acid in the urine and spinach with the present method.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
