On Ten Key Factors Impacting on Building East-Asia Community

It is needful for all countries in the East Asia to share the perception that strengthening cooperation is a trend.Both China and Japan should follow a diplomatic principle that regional interests have priority over bilateral ones,avoiding neg-ative influence of bilateral disputes on regional cooperation.They should support medium-sized and small-sized countries in playing leading roles in pushing on East-Asia cooperation and be aware that one-country-dominated model in East Asian countries' cooperation does not work.In addition,China,Japan and Korea should learn from European Community starting with Coal and Steel Community to build an energy community in North-east Asia.Japan should be on the alert for making Japan-America Security Safeguard Treaty not contain anything against China directly or indirectly.Internal reform of system and structure,humanity-oriented idea,personnel and cultural communication among East Asian countries,and sustainable develop-ment should be considered to be political issue.
