East Asian Community and China

As a country with important influence in Asia,China can not avoid the topic of establishing an Asian Community.In this paper,the problems faced by establishing an Asian Community,the relationship between Asia and China and how to promote Asian construction will be discussed.The political systems,ideology,economic development,historical and cultural backgrounds among the Asian countries are quite different, so the establishment of East Asian Community is a long-term and arduous task.Measures of how to promote Asian community construction are as follows:(1) Create the conditions to do things that can be done.(2) Asian should not be copying the model of the European Union (EU).It should follow their own path of development.(3) The Asian should strengthen it's institutionalization.(4) Actively promote cross-border infrastructure building, cooperate in building highway,railway,airline and marine network linking the Asian countries. (5) Asian countries should strengthen regional identity.
