The Development of Green,Low- carbon and Circular Economy——A Strategic Choice for Sustainable Development of Chinese Economy

Low- carbon and circular economy is an inevitable trend for current and future global economic development. Its implementation is both the strategic choice for conducting Chinese sustainable development,and the inherent requirements of objective economic development laws. Based on an analysis to the historical and current background and necessity of green,low- carbon and circular economy,this paper expounds that it embodies the positive economic development energy,and adapts to new economic development situations. It also puts forward countermeasures for development of Chinese green,low- carbon and circular economy.
