On Circular Economy Development and Low-Carbon Agriculture Construction

Abstract

The intrinsic relationship of circular economy and sustainable development was analyzed in this paper. The background and development trend of low-carbon economy rise was discussed. Main ideas and some technical countermeasures were put forward on the low-carbon agriculture development, adaptive to the low-carbon economy and highlighting the recycling characteristics.
