The Research of the Development Principles and Development Model of Circular Economy

Nowadays, the factors such as China's current rapid economic development, combined with China's vast territory, large population, the deficiency of social productive forces, as well as the imbalance development between rural economy and urban economy lead to more serious energy and environmental problems for the realization of China's sustainable development and new industrialization road. Circular economy is a new path of industrialization and best selection of high-level economic model. This paper describes the content and the development principles of circular economy. We introduced the three-level model of the circular economy, as well as the development of each level for detail combined with current circular economy development practice. This paper has some guiding significance to realization of recycling economy development model.
