Abstract
Objective To explore the effect and reliability of surgical treatment under topical anesthesia for glaucoma with tubular visual field. Methods 52 eyes (40 cases) of glaucoma with tubular visual field accepted trabeculectomy under topical anesthesia.Observed the anesthetic effect and complication. Results All surgeries were completed successfully,and no complication occurred. Conclusion Trabeculectomy under topical anesthesia is a safe and reliable method for glaucoma with tubular visual field.
