Discussion on the Autonomy of Urban Community and Countryside Community:An Analysis Model Based on Legal Science and Social Science

The word community was first termed by Nice in Germany.It had certain disparity with the reality practice.As a kind of effective form for promoting grassroots democracy,community autonomy is an inevitable result of society transformation.The urban community and the countryside community autonomy have certain similarity,but the disparity between them is also quite obvious.The community autonomy in China is developed under the non-equilibrium state.Although much progress has been made,more effort has to be made in order to achieve the ideal condition,realize society harmony.
