Abstract
Objective:To analyse the value of CT in diagnosis and examing rectal carcinoma according to their CT imaging.Methods:CT images were reviewed restrospecvtively in 115 cases of rectal carcinoma confirmed by biopsy,surgery and pathology.Results:The major CT imaging of rectal carcinoma showed the local increasing of the wall,irregular soft tissue mass,rectal obliteration,the unclear margin between cancer and neighbouring organ;CT diagnosis the sensitive is 93%.Conclusion:CT preoperative staging should be mainly applied stage patients that would be appropriate to treatment,and was also an important method for post-operating control,the most valuable imaging was that showed the limits of the pathological changes including invasion and metastases.
