Abstract

Fusel oil of Luzhou-flavor liquor was detected by gas chromatography and analyzed why its content was over the standard.The result showed that the phenomenon which fusel oil content was over the standard was prevalent.Thus,the respective proposal to corporations and consumers were put forward in this paper.
