Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value of peripheral blood M-CSF in prognosis evaluation and dangerous classification of patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP),the peripheral blood levels of macrophage colony stimulating factor(M-CSF)were detected, and all UAP patients were followed up. Methods According to patient history, linical symptoms, creatinase, ECG and coronary angiography (CAG),108 cases were chosen as study groups which included 86 unstable angina pectoris (UAP) and 22 stable angina pectoris (SAP), and 20 healthy persons as normal control group. After blood samples of patients were collected in 24 hours after admission, the peripheral blood levels of M-CSF were measured through enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). The serum levels of M-CSF were compared between the different groups divided by calculating the risk scores of TIMI. All UAP patients followed up during 30 days and 90 days, cardiac events were recorded. The incidence of them was compared in different groups. All result were analyzed with SPSS 13.0. Results ⑴ There were significant differences in peripheral blood levels of M-CSF among the three groups, UAP group higher than SAP group,SAP group higher than control group(P0.01).⑵The peripheral blood levels of M-CSF was significantly positive correlation with the risk scores of TIMI.⑶The incidence of cardiac events in UAP patients were increased when the levels of M-CSF were high(P0.01). Conclusions ⑴The peripheral blood levels of M-CSF in UAP patients can reflect the conditions of UAP patients. ⑵The levels of M-CSF can predict the prognosis of patients with UAP patients in a short period.
