Abstract
The Lilium longiflorum and Lilium Casa Blanca were chosen for the experiment,and MS medium was chosen as the basic culture medium with 6-BA of 0.1,0.2,0.5 mg/L,NAA of 0.5,1,2 mg/L and Sucrose of 2%,3%,4%.Orthogonal design was used in order to find the optimum concentrations of hormones and sucrose for bulbs induction.The results showed that:formula of MS+NAA 0.2 mg/L +6-BA 1 mg/L+sucrose 4% was the best for bulb induction of Lilium longiflorum,while MS+NAA 0.2 mg/L+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+sucrose 3% was the best for Lilium Casa Blanca.There was significant difference among different level of hormone factor selected,but no significant difference among treatment combination.
