On Practice Teaching for Engineering Management Specialty

This paper presents practical instruction should be strengthened during the construction of engineering management specialty based on internal requirements of the training objective and the practical demand of graduate.Different types of colleges should take advantage of their special superiority to build distinctive practical instruction system for the specialty.As an emphasis,the experience of Shandong Institute of Business and Technology is highlighted.Teacher-team possessing excellent Practical ability is indispensable for practice teaching,and should be valued and enhanced.
