Abstract
The higher education of our country has already marched from the period of elites into the period of ordinary people. However, the constraint of insufficient funds has been the bottleneck of sustainable development in higher education.Although the present cost share system of higher education has obtained certain results, the intense condition of university funds' shortage is still serious to the level of economic development in current situations. Therefore,it is quite urgent to broaden the investment ways and improve the diversification of the investment system of higher education in order to accelerate and achieve the sustainable development of higher education. This thesis puts forward several proposals on the basis of the problem representations on our country's current cost share system of higher education.
