Abstract
As people抯 living standard rise to the well-off levels in general, there will be a more market demand for higher education in China. However, the present higher education is irrational in structure and low in efficient demands, which must be resolved through system innovation and rapid development. An experiment on introduction of corporation system will facilitate the afflux of nongovernmental capital into the higher education and help share risks of higher education investment. It will eliminate the phenomena of resources waste and low efficiency that is widespread in institutions of higher learning.
