Abstract
The higher education investment insufficiency and the higher education demand inflation has created the higher education investment shortage with joint forces. The solution of higher education short involves many aspects,two urgent probems in those aspecfs are follows:Firstly,we should reform the education investment management system,establish the multi-investment mode;Secondly,we should optimize resources disposition,enhance the higher education benefit.
