Thoughts on Improving Teaching Quality Under New Situations

Abstract
Under the condition of socialistic market oriented economy and the expansion of higher education, new thoughts of teaching reform was raised for the teaching administration. The credit system was framed for ordinary universities. Some ideas about the course construction and the system of checking and controlling teaching process was put forward.
