Abstract
Grifola frondosa is an edible and medicinal fungus. Extracelluar Polysaccharide of Grifola frondosa has various physiological activity. In the paper, the effects of nutritional conditions on the production of extracellular polysacchride of Grifola frondosa are discussed. The effects of carbon source, nitrogen source, growth factors, and inorganic salts on the production of extracellular polysaccharide of Grifola frondosa were studied. Through the orthogonal test, we found that a medium containing 40 g/L glucose,5 g/L peptone,4 g/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate and 20 g/L corn steep liquor was the best for the production of extracellular polysaccharide
