Abstract
The effects of carbon source, nitrogen source, inorganic salts on the production of intracellular polysaccharide of Grifola frondosa were studied by orthogonal test. The results showed that the optimal culture medium contained 2.0% corn powder, 0.3% soybean powder and 0.15% KH2PO4. Under this condition, the yield of intracellular polysaccharides was 13.036 mg / 100 mL, 121.7% higher than that before optimization.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
