Abstract
Grifola frondosa is an edible and medicinal fungi.Extracellular polysaccharide of Grifola frondosa has various physiological activity. In this paper, the effects of carbon source, nitrogen source, growth factors and inorganic salts on the production of extracellular polysaccharide of Grifola frondosa.Through the test,we found that a medium containing 50 g/L glucose,40 g/L power soybean,1 g/L oil soybean,4 g/L KH2PO4 and 2 g/L MgSO4 corn steep liquor was the best for the production of extracellular polysaccharide.
