Abstract

Objective:To observe the effect of promoting the gastrointestinal motility and the influence on the gastrointestinal hormones of Jian-wei dicoction. Methods:The rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group,Chinese Medicine group(CG),and West Medicine group(WG).All of the rats were injured by ring clamp to be FD except the normal group.Rats in CG were treated with Jian-wei dicoction, and those in WG were treated with domperidone.Carbon powder experiment in small intestine was taken,as well as Motilin and PGE2 in surem was tested at the end of the study. Results:the weight of FD rats were lighter than that of the normal group,P0.05,;the PGE2 level in model group is lower than that of the normal group,P0.05,which was no different between CG or WG and normal group,P0.05.Conclusion:Jian-wei dicoction has the function of gastrointestinal motility which is not sure of promting by motilin, and increase the level of PGE2 of FD rats which may lead to gastric mucosal protection.
