Abstract
Objective To establish a method for the determination of Chlorogenic acid in the extract of Flos Lonicerae.Methods The chromatographic conditions were as follows: C18 chromatographic column(4.6 mm×250 mm,7 μm),a mobile phase of acetonitrile and 0.4% H3PO4(12:88),the detection wavelength at 327 nm and the flow rate being 1 ml·min-1.Results A linearity of Chlorogenic acid in the extract was obtained in the range of 0.071 6~0.644 4 μg r=0.999 6(n=6).The average recovery was 99.99% and RSD=1.61%(n=6).Conclusion This method is easy,sensitive and accurate for the determination of Chlorogenic acid in the extract of Flos Lonicerae.
