Abstract
Objective To establish a method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Flos Lonicerae.Methods HPLC method was adopted.The Hypersil BDS C18(4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm) was used.The mobile phase consisted of MeOH-H2O(The water was adjusted with phosphoric acid to pH 3.0)=18∶82.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.The detective wavelength was 323 nm.Results The calibration curves of chlorogenic acid was in good linearity over 0.418~16.704 μg(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 97.67%,and RSD was 1.25%(n=6).Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive,accurate and reproducible,and can be used to control the quality of Flos Lonicerae.
